Étoile Aesthetics SD offers flexible financing options to suit the diverse needs of our clients. We understand the importance of providing accessible and affordable financing options for our clients. Our current accepted forms of payments include: Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. 1% off service visit over $250 if paying with cash/Venmo/Zelle. Financing available with Cherry if eligible (10% down required). Alle pay for qualifying Allergan products and services. We do not allow refunds once payment is made, including any dissatisfaction from results. We do not allow partial refunds on packages as part of our practice policy.
To be eligible for treatment at Étoile Aesthetics SD, clients must be at least 18 years old, be able to provide government issued identification if asked, and obtain consent form prior to booking for medical clearance. A Credit Card is required to hold your appointment upon booking. Étoile Aesthetics SD has the right to refuse service to any customer. Hostile or disrespectful behavior, misalignment to the practice philosophy, unrealistic expectations, dishonesty, or numerous no-show or cancellations of bookings will lead to immediate discharge from the practice.
Our Cancellation & No-show Policy ensures that patients are treated in a timely manner while respecting the providers' schedule availability.
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $150 charge. This fee is intended to compensate for the lost time and resources. By scheduling an appointment at Étoile Aesthetics SD, you are agreeing to our cancellation /no- show policy. For a history of no shows, late reschedules, late cancels or for Meta ad promotions, we have the right to ask for a deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit will be used towards your service and deducted from your total at checkout.*
At Étoile Aesthetics SD we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal and financial information. All information provided during the appointment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be shared if an information release consent is signed. Photo release is optonal and consent is available only if you are comfortable sharing your images for education and marketing purposes.

Consult fees are only applicable for “Consult Only (No Treatment)” bookings. Consult fee is waived if same day treatment occurs. Consults last anywere from 20-45 minutes.
We can certainly provide filler treatments to visitors planning on staying 24-48 hours after their treatment for observation of any adverse issues.
We offer complimentary tox touch-ups between day 14-21 post treatment. This excludes masseter & trapezius treatments as well as underdosed treatments despite efficacious unit recommendations,
